By purchasing through our website, you agree to the following terms for returns and refunds. If you need to return an order, our return policy is designed to make the process straightforward. 

Return Eligibility  

Items must be unused, unwashed, and kept in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.  

Please ensure all original tags, labels, and boxes are included in the return.  

Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.  

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. To start a return, contact our customer service team within this time frame.  

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.  

How to Start a Return  

Step 1: Submit Your Request  

Send an email with your return request, including your Order ID and reason for return, to radiancesoftware55@gmail.com.  

Step 2: Provide Supporting Photos  

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos showing the issue to speed up the process.  

Step 3: Follow Return Instructions  

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to send the item back.  

We reserve the right to reject returns that don’t comply with our guidelines.  

Refund Process and Timeline  

After receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets our return requirements. You will be informed whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed.  

Partial Refund Policy  

If an item only partially meets our return conditions, such as having minor damage or missing packaging, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.  

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items  

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos or videos of the issue in your email to help us resolve it quickly.
